Supported Independent Living (SIL) services designed to help people with a disability who can live as independently as possible. It includes assistance or supervision with daily responsibilities like personal care or meal preparation. For those with greater support needs who require ongoing assistance at home, supported independent living is an option. At Unite Care Australia we offer a range of home options to help you maximise your independence. Person-centred care from trained staff that will provide general health and medication support 24 hours a day. Assistance provided for achieving your goals and developing important daily skills such as housekeeping, shopping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting. Home locations are convenient which look like any home in the suburbs with easy access to public transport, shops, and community facilities. Assistance with regular appointments and coordinating with multiple health professionals are also arranged as required.
